Highly qualified in my expertise of English Literature. With University-level qualifications, and previous group and private tutoring experience in the field, I believe in enhancing a students skills and knowledge to their capacity and beyond. To me, there is nothing more satisfying than to watch a students knowledge increase and to feel accomplished with themselves.

I tend to meet at the students house for lessons to allow for a positive home-study environment, however I would also be willing to meet at a public venue or at my home (if there is a large number in a group). I also offer online lessons at a discounted rate.

I am qualified in tuition for English Literature at all levels and Mathematics at Primary level I can do extended lessons for primary students who would like tuition in both subjects. I tend to work from a textbook that sticks to the curriculum as extra study after assistance and completion of homework given to the student. My plan usually is to get up to date with what they are doing at school and then strive to get ahead of the class content, so they are fully prepared in advance of any examination and assessments. However, this varies for each student. I like to tailor each tutoring experience in accordance with a students abilities and knowledge.

My qualifications are a Bachelor of Arts with a major in English Literature from Macquarie University, and I am currently in my penultimate semester at Sydney University where I am studying a Master of English Studies.
