Events in Victoria

We will have an end of year concert either in the Term 3 school holidays or at the end of the year. We are planning to host it at the Good News Lutheran College with 8 concerts over the day of 1 hour each with an hour between concerts. Last concert we had over 600+ people join us.

Come and sing with us in person in the South West of Western Australia. Groups for Joeys (age 4 to 6) and Roos (age 7 to 12)

THE POINT COOK CUBAN SALSA & BACHATA DANCE CLASSES at: Point Cook Community Learning Centre 1-21 Cheetham Street Point Cook * Same building as the Point Cook Library Building * We are in Main Room 1 - opposite the Reception Desk as you walk in. EVERY MONDAY (except on Public Holidays we are closed) * No experience necessary - No partner required - Open to all adult ages * No booking required - you can just turn up on the night * NEWLY ADDED 30 MINUTE INTRODUCTION TO SALSA BASICS SESSION: - A new 30 minute session for new absolute beginners have been included into the Beginner Salsa program to help new beginners with slower, easy to follow breakdown of the steps and turns, covering timing, body movement and body isolation. NEW MONDAY PROGRAM: 6.30PM BACHATA ( Beginner to Improver) - No dance experience & no partner required) - All welcome * Bachata is the 2nd most popular Latin dance style after Salsa 7.30PM - SALSA BEGINNER - INTRODUCTION TO SALSA BASICS ( Part 1 - 1st Session) Here the Salsa Basics are broken down slowly, step by step for easy to follow learning to give you a better understanding of the basics before starting the main salsa beginner lesson at 8pm. 8.00PM - 9.00PM CUBAN SALSA BEGINNER (Main class) * At this stage, all students are expected to know their salsa basics * Total class duration: 1hr & 30 minutes 9.00PM - 10.15PM CUBAN SALSA INTERMEDIATE (Main class) (Cuban salsa & Rueda De Casino) * Advanced beginners who are confident with their steps & turns can do this class * Rueda De Casino is synchronised dancing in a circle - Please arrive 10 minutes earlier for registration * Bring a bottle of water & hand towel * CLASS COST: $20 per class or $30 for 2 classes or * All classes on the night - only $35 * We accept CASH & Credit Card - Please note: Credit card payments have a 1.9% surcharge * Full details on our website
