The teacher is very patient, and really motivates him. He's learning to read rhythmic notation as well as how to play. It's a good balance between theory and play. Great teacher who’s doing so well, she’s winning music awards and becoming recognised nationally and internationally for her work.

I think a few kids are nagging their parents for real drum kits now! Julie is professional and great with the kids, she is amazing.

She is great at being receptive to what you want from the lesson, whether it's scales, theory, practicing a song, or even writing your own! She brings a very creative flair rooted in DEEP knowledge of music. I was worried that most classes would be for kids, but Julie does a great job adjusting the lesson based on my skillset. Would recommend for sure.
